All submitted manuscripts will be subject to an originality assessment. In accordance with IEEE policies, papers exhibiting a high similarity index may be deemed ineligible for acceptance. Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by two to three independent reviewers. The final decision regarding acceptance will be determined based on the average evaluation scores as well as the substantive comments provided by the reviewers.

Authors of accepted manuscripts are required to revise their papers in accordance with the reviewers’ comments and recommendations prior to their inclusion in the official conference proceedings.
